Shipping Policy
All orders are handmade and hand poured in small batches to ensure maximum quality. There is a 3-7 business day processing time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day)

Return Policy

Our product return policy is valid up to 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused. ***Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot exchange products that have already been shipped.

Return Shipping Fees

Upon receipt of your returned package, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. A $3.00 restocking fee and the initial $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
