What are the forms of payment you accept?

We accept US based credits cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we do accept PayPal.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to.

 

After I place my order, when will my order ship?

All orders are hand made and hand poured in small batches to ensure maximum freshness.  All orders have a 3-7 business day processing time upon receipt of order.  Shipping method applies after order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

I've mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?

It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible.  If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

 

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.  Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Do you offer refunds? 

We do not offer returns for opened and used products. However if your package/ products are unopened and unused simply ship the package back to us within 15 calendar days of purchase; major holidays not included.  Once we have received your package, we will process your refund. A $3.00 restocking fee  will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  ****Due to COVID-19 restrictions, currently we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

 

How do I cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been fully processed and entered for shipment. Once it has been shipped, the order must be shipped back and processed as a return. A $3.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
